Please to meet you - I am Ashlyn.

Hello,

My name is Ashlyn and I live at Tillari. I am a funky little damara ewe lamb and live here with my twin sister, Pepper, my maaa and the other sheep. Sometimes paa lives here too and he usually brings me home sheep and cattle nuts, if i send him an email to get these on his way home.

I dont really remember any other maa, then our maa. Pepper and I came here the same time as Nut and Meg. Nut was crazy. Nut and Meg are twins too. Some how they were first given the beautiful names of Halo and Angel, but they were way too crazy and wild and naughty....to keep those names. They were so naughty for maa when they first came and wouldn't drink and would run when maa tried to catch them to bring them inside for the night. That was why they had their names changes to Nut and Meg, but Nut says it is because their wool is a nutmeg colour. She might be able to tell that to the sheep that didnt see her when she first came here but I know the truth.

I made Maaa feed me lots and lots so that it would push the hair out and I could start shedding. When i first came to Tillari my tail was little and skinny, now it is beautiful and fat. I hear visitors say wow look at Ash's tail. I also get called Ash instead of Ashlyn. The four of us used to stand at the door and BAAA until maa would feed us. That worked for ages until paa came home and maa hurt our back. We can convince paa to give us the stuff that maa does.

There are lots of other sheep on the farm. Dalby always gives me a hard time. She calls me a baa woof because I have a tail. She said she isnt sure if i am half dog/half sheep or half dog/half goat. She makes my life so hard! I think it is because she had her tails strangled until it fell off when she was little. Apparently that was so that she didnt get a maggoty bum, but obviously it didnt work as she ended up with one the other day.

That really upset maa. I told maa not to worry, Dalby is just doing it for attention as Satin and Kanga (maa calls them her Ram Lambs) aren't interested in her and she caught the maggots to show of her little ewe bits so that they would become interested. I told Maa that once the maggots ate some of her flesh they would die and fall off because she would taste so sour! Maa said it wasnt a very nice thing to say.

The other thing about Dalby is that she thinks she is a cow. I have to agree with her now that I have been learning more english and have found cow that cow can be used as a Naming word and as a Describing word. I heard Dalby say to maa one day that she didnt want to be drenched, she wanted to be backlined with all the other cattle. Maa raised an eyebrow and Paaa drenched her. I thought it was funny. She might be an ugly white wooly thing, but she is a sheep.

Well i had better get going maaa wants to see if Auntry Baaara has sent her an email.

By for now

Ash xoxo
